Our Three Simple Pillars

We are a provider of Specialist Supported Housing (pending registration as a Registered Social Landlord) over two sites, one based in Easton Maudit (NN29 7NR) and one based in Yardley Hastings (NN7 1EL).
2) Oakfield Care & Support.
Additionally, we also offer Care and Support services to our tenants.
3) Oakfield Community.
We provide and offer day opportunities involving our community hub, these include:
- Day Services
- Care Farm
- Seed-to-Plate Project
- Pop-up Charity Shop
