A big thank you to our guests, Gen Kitchen for Wellingborough and members from Big Society Capital.
Gen is the prospective Labour candidate for Wellingborough and Rushden, with a background in the Charity sector throughout her career. Big Society Capital are a social impact investor, whose mission is ‘to grow the amount of money invested in tackling social issues and inequalities in the UK.’
We greatly appreciate both guests visiting Oakfield Easton Maudit and expressing their support!


On the 17th April 2025, phase four of the Easton Maudit Renovation Fundraising Project was complete and two more of the people we support moved in to their new flats in Supported Living. This was a very exciting day for all at Oakfield. Thank you to all our fundraising supporters of the Easton Maudit renovation project, without you this would not be possible. Please see the below photographs taken on the day as well as a video showcasing one of our Supported Living flats.

Starting from April, our Pop-up Charity shop will now be open every Wednesday and Friday from 10am-4pm. Please come down and have a browse, and enjoy our refreshments and the glorious spring weather. 100% of donations go directly to Oakfield Charity. One of the people we support, Jason, would like to invite you all to his art exhibition on the 25th of March at Abington Community Centre. Jason has a talent for drawing and making his own suits. Jason shares a mind, body and consciousness with the Atersernichers programme we he wants to make them feel themselves in there suits and enjoys drawing them and the Tropperioserqips children. This will take place between 12:00-2:00pm, if you would like to show your support for Jason please feel free to pop by. 🎨

The people we support have been busy in February completing activities such as baking, crafts, games, and developing life skills. The people we support have been out and about, enjoying the sunshine, the seed-to-plate project, as well as meals out and celebrating birthdays. Please see the below photographs taken over February.
