Oakfield Community are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a grant of £1,345.15 from the Northamptonshire Community Foundation towards purchasing equipment for the Care Farm Day Service Project. This grant will aid us in improving the quality of the sessions we run, creating more meaningful learning activities for our attendees, and building further connections with our natural world.
