Welcome Paddy and Truffles!

We are delighted to welcome Paddy and Truffles, two beautiful donkeys, to Oakfield Community.

The boys arrived on Sunday 2nd July at 1:00pm and quickly settled into their new home. As they made their way up to their paddock, it was clear they felt right at home from the very beginning.

A special thank you to Jane of Springvale Farm, Bozeat, for entrusting us with the care of Paddy and Truffles. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to look after these wonderful donkeys.

Their arrival sparked plenty of interest amongst the other animals too! The goats and chickens were very curious about their new neighbours and nosing through the fence They have even enjoyed a nose-to-nose greeting from Jasper, making for a wonderful welcome to the Oakfield family.

Since arriving, Paddy and Truffles have already received lots of attention and plenty of well-deserved scratches. Both boys are taking everything in their stride and are clearly enjoying all the love and attention from the Oakfield Community.
